Playability: I love RPGs, but this one stood out as one of the best I have played. I couldn't see one bad thing.
Balance: I usually find most RPGs really easy to win, and this one wasn't that different, althought there were a few risky moments when I was nearly shot down. Slightly better than usual, but not challenging.
Creativity: I don't really think that some jedi story in which you play a padawan that gets tempted by the dark side can be called 'Creative', what the heck, I love jedi stories! Most of the effects have been used before, (Health containers, invisible objects, etc.) but they have been used properly, so you know your stuff.
Map Design: This was one of the best aspects of the game, and one of the best maps I have seen. The town layout was great and the forests were even better. Nothing that I could see was wrong.
Story/Instructions: Well, not exactly a new story, but a tried and tested one that works with a great scenario like this. Everything was well presented and I can't wait for the rest of the campaign.
Overall, a great scenario that uses excellent triggers and a breathtaking map. The only setback was the overused story.
I am new to this site, but now I know whose work to look out for. Fantastic. |

Playability:
Simple to figure out, easy to understand. 5 of 5
Balance:
Everything ws perfect. You didn't make it too hard, but still added some challenge. 5 of 5
Creativity:
I know you said the terrain will change, but it is still very similar to Dark Rising. Also, something pointless was snapping veiw past the rocks in the trail and getting a new character, rather than just using your original unit to get there for the cutscene. It does save time though. Two .5's taken away here. 4 of 5
Map Design:
No flaws, nice eyecandy.
Story/Instrcutions:
Minus one here beacuse the background of the planet and characters is a little unclear or mysterious, or the reasons why things are happening, like why is he there? Otherwise, all very good, good cutscenes. 4 of 5 |
