It is a time of great dissent within the NEW REPUBLIC. Two systems-NABOO and KASHYYYSK are determine to secede from the NEW REPUBLIC to form their own empires. These motives are being controlled by two SITH LORDS by the names of DARTH NUBIUS and DARTH SET. Both are brothers who seek to dominate the galaxy, but can't seem to get along with petty differences.

DARTH NUBIUS has formed an alliance with the NABOO and the GUNGANs. His apprentice DARTH SERPANTUS pulls the strings of the NABOO and the GUNGANS. Both of whom have made many dictitorial changes against political dissent within their own governments. Two times has a resolution to secede
from the NEW REPUBLIC have failed. Yet on the third try, the politicians both GUNGAN and NABOO alike that were once against them either had sweat runnning down their foreheads or were not in their seats to denounce it. The same speaks with the WOOKIEE government of KASKYYYSK, where NUBIUS'
brother SET is the one pulling the strings with his apprentice DARTH DARIUS. The only way to achieve the goals of the two SITH LORDS is with a GALACTIC WAR.

Nowing this, the NEW REPUBLIC and the JEDI COUNCIL have sent LUKE SKYWALKER to NABOO, HAN SOLO and CHEWBACCA THE WOOKIEE to KASKYYYSK. With these moves by the NEW REPUBLIC SENATE they hope to defuse the motives of the leaders of NABOO and KASKYYYSK. Yet the NEW REPUBLIC representatives
don't even know what is about to happen once they meet with these leaders...

Empire Wars Episode I: Review

Playability 1
Well there was no something new. There was no taunt system ,there was no markers to open gates or something else (exept the one in front of Darth Vader). There was no variety in enemies, it was easy to win them without the help of other units ( e.x. in Mission I Luke could win all the Naboo Separatists alone! ).

Balance 1
There was no part in the game where it challenged me! It was extremely easy in all the Missions and the most easiest part was Mission II were I won with only 3 "clics" of my mouse!

Creativity 2
It was nothing new! You didn't use no taunts at all and it was always one path to victory. But becasue in some part of your campaign and especially in Mission IV you used many triggers and all worked.Also there were no bugs exept from one in Mission I where you can return back to your ship without passing from the woods.

Map Design 1
This is your big problem, in my opinion. All the missions were horrible designed. The Naboo City was empty and the 2 starships where you have to go with Leia at first and with Leia and Luke later they were very simple. If you don't improve your skills in map design you will difficult be a good designer...

Story Instructions 3
This was the best part of the game. True good story, simple at one but clear at the other and simple mission's objectives. The triggers for the mission objective's was good and simple. I put 3 and not 4 cause in some parts for exeple in Mission I it asks you to go in a place where it's difficult to understand where this place really is. In my exemple, Naboo Queen asked you to go to the library but I'd never find a librabry...!

Well that was a good shot better than any new big campaign I saw the last days, There is good chance to improve your self in all the features of the game but still you must concentrate in map design! Good try!
