This scenario made no sense at all. It's barely creative, the map design is sloppy. And there is absoulutely no story!
My suggestions for improvement would to add some triggers, make a more detailed map instead of putting only dirt and cliffs, and try to add some strategy instead of just straight forward slaughtering.

This barely even qualifies as a playable scenario. Your only objective is to kill Jabba the Hutt, hiding somewhere on the map. To do this you are given 1 super-powerful Yoda.
Effortlessly shredding through the dozens of enemies on the almost blank map is extremely boring and irritating. Eventually you'll end up ignoring them completely just to locate and kill Jabba to end the scenario as quickly as possible.
Yoda has +10000 HP and +25 AT. He's strong enough to kill nearly every enemy on the map in one hit. Being unstoppable isn't fun if you haven't earned it.
About as effortless as you can get with scenario design. Units are haphazardly placed on an insultingly simple map.
Map Design: 1
The map is nothing more than a large void of Dirt 1 terrain with cliffs randomly painted around it.
Non-existent. The author put as little effort into this as they did everything else.
An extremely lazy map that isn't entertaining or interesting in the slightest.
