The Fall Of The Jedi

Author File Description

Clone Campaigns required?: No

This is a scenario in which you play as Darth Vader trying to destroy Obi Wan Kenobi. I just threw this scenario together in a few hours to try to get into DFD Masters. I haven't tested it much, so if there are any bugs, please say.

Wow. This was very good, ecspecially for a scenario created in a few hours. i hope to see more additions to the campaign.

i only found a few small issues. the path you follow should be bigger, to make the level longer. and maybe more troopers to help Vader. the eye candy was amazing, the playability was great, the balance was good, and the story is good. someone needed to make this, and im glad you did. Great Work.

Hey - This is an awesome scenario! I don't think you really put this together in a few hours.

Playability (5) - I Had complete control. Me and Vader went the long way, lol. Nothing I have to complain about.

Balance (3) - My lowest rating. It wasnt too good but not too bad.

Creativity (4) - I thought it was creative, with the beginning part and the ending. I liked watching the movies like when Anakin and Obi Wan fought. Deserves a 4

Map Design (4) - Out of 100 (100 highest) I'd give it a 90. It taught me some tricks, but the map was somewhat confusing

Story (5) - Very well laid out - Absolutely perfect.

Good job on this!

I've posted this review (as well as some others), because there are some totally overrated scenarios in Heaven. My purpose is to make them fall out of the top, so that there aren't any more disappointed users.

Playability: 2
A cut scene in the beginning, followed by a boring moving in a path surrounded by trees and fighting worthless foes. Not intensive at all.

Balance: 1
You control Darth Vader and some stormtroopers, who will die in the beginning and are practically useless. But lord Vader can do absolutely alone since you encounter small and weak groups of troopers and find unnecessary health packs around the way. Even worst players will make it without these healthpacks, because you just need to order Darth Vader to attack and he will do the rest without worrying about low health.

Creativity: 2+
I am as merciful as I can, note that. The only a bit creative things were the cut scenes the using of mind trick to get information. Nothing else.

Map design: 3
I've noticed something weird about the map - at first it's a jungle, then it becomes a desert, but later it becomes again a jungle. Maybe the author wanted to recreate a transition between biomes, but realistically looked, that transition is strangely sharp.

The jungle looks good, but the desert location as well as the town have lack of objects unfortunately.

Story/Instructions: 2
The story isn't brilliant at all according to the other reviewers' opinion. It is quite blunt actually. It also doesn't have an aspect of originality as it is taken from a comic book.

Additional comment:
Once more - good idea, poor development. And it seems like by the time I post there will be many more of these...
