Playablity- Great playability. I say that because the game wasn't choppy and it was easy to understand!
Balance- It was balanced at first but then you are given a huge army and you crush the Gungans without any trouble.
Creativity- Great Triggers that fit the storyline very well.
Map Design- The map design wasn't really good. Mainly trees and roads.
Story/Instructions- Storyline very good like telling the history of the sith and the instructions were very easy except one objective after another!
Overall Very good and I recommend that people should download this! |

Playability: 4
This scenario has a mix of RPG, Fixed Force, and Build & Destroy elements, and manages to pull all of them off fairly well. It's slow to start, but manages to be a pretty fun level nonetheless.
==========
Balance: 3
The most difficult part of this scenario is the very first encounter. The two Sith Knights you face can end the scenario quickly if you aren't careful. Unfortunately this leads to extended periods of time left waiting idle for Maul's health to regenerate. The strategy elements don't prove very difficult provided that you plan and manage your forces correctly.
==========
Creativity: 3
There's no real element of the scenario that particularly stands out here, but that doesn't stop it from being pretty entertaining. It's competently made and has no obvious glitches or problems. Not exceptional, but there's nothing to really complain about.
==========
Map Design: 4
The map is easily the best element of the scenario. The forest, swamp, and desert areas of the map all look very good, and are designed in such a way that you never get lost, without railroading the player.
The more questionable elements include the random slabs of cloud and metal meant to bridge the gap between areas. Those probably could have been handled better. The Naboo town is fairly standard as well.
As far as your building location is concerned, you are in a densely forested area, so you have to use what space you have wisely until your workers can clear out enough room. There are pre-made farms to utilize and plenty of fish to gather - provided you can avoid the sea monsters. A small complaint here is that your base contains a massive deposit of nearby Nova Crystals and Ore, so you never really have to worry about running low or expanding your borders. That may be just fine for some, but it lowers the challenge involved with the scenario.
==========
Story/Instructions: 3
What story there is is largely copy/pastes from the Star Wars database, and quotes taken verbatim from the film "Ghost Dog: Way of the Samurai," Only with 'Samurai' replaced with 'Sith' in all of them. Pretty amusing if you're a fan of the film.
But aside from the flavor-text, the instructions are clear, though there are a number of issues stemming from the author not being a native English speaker.
There isn't really a plot outside of 'complete these objectives, because Sith', but I don't feel that it detracts from the entertainment value of the scenario in any real way.
==========
Additional Comments:
There are a few hiccups here and there, but overall it's a pretty fun, if not easy-going, scenario definitely worth trying out if you're into strategy based gameplay.[Edited on 02/14/15 @ 10:48 PM]
