A modded mod is something I didn't expect to see.

Rating: 3
This mod is a good use of the genie editor (I guess genie). It adds some cool features, but strongly deteriorates some features of the original game.

The positives:
1) Every civilization has units with unique names.
2) Every civilization has a specific upgrade to unlock heroes and buildings like bunker, landing platform or reactor.

The negatives: Too much more than the positives though :(
1) Resource stockpiles are now practically infinite.
2) Workers, prefab shelters, processing centers and power cores are too cheap - they cost only 10 of something.
3) Overpowered buildings: Turrets have too long range and too high attack (in my opinion); prefab shelters provide too many population cells. Walls have too much HP; light walls for example have whole 2500 hit points! In this case they are not light anymore.
4) Fortresses and assault mechs are unrealistically expensive and powerful. Well, better than being powerful and cheap.

Neutrals:
1) Technologies are indeed researched faster.
2) Some buildings are built faster as well as the workers are trained faster.

Additional Comments:

To the author:
Don't think my response is negative. In my personal opinion it justs has some deteriorated features compared to the original game.

To downloaders:
Well, this mod actually offers a good experience in death match mod. Resources will use up slower and armies will be trained faster. The bloody skirmish will be even bloodier!
