A location, which isn't in the outer rim? This can't be seen every day :)

This map can be called a reskinned swamp with the difference that there is much lesser shallow terrain. But this isn't bad. It is just another use of the same engine, which is actually good. The map can be generated as a redwood or palm forest as I noticed it is a redwood one in most the cases. A little detail I saw later was the absence of any elevations.

However, for better or worse (I think it's for better, the author may think it's for worse) I posted this review, because I have noticed a very annoying feature of the map - it doesn't generate well when the number of players doesn't match to the map size (on a MEDIUM size map, which is supposed to be for 4 players, there should be 4 players) and more specifically when the players are quite more than the respective number of the map size. Here is why:

1) Some players may have only a food stockpile around their staring position while others - only a nova or an ore one. Some users, who aren't too picky about that may say *In this case every player will have an unique advantage*. Not really.
2) Not really because some players may have 2 or all 3 of these stokpiles, other may have 2 nova stockpiles, third - 2 ore and 1 food stockpiles, fourth - 2 nova and 2 ore stockpiles as fifth may don't have absolutely anything.
*note - all players have tree masses and respectively carbon stockpiles near their bases.
3) Of course not many people (I think) would play with many players on a small map. But the reason I've written about that is the fact it cannot be seen on the original random maps - there on every size and with every number of players everyone will ALWAYS have by one stockpile of all resources near his command center.

Additional comment:

On the whole this map is a good one, but only when map size and number of players match.

P.S. to the author

I thought you are busy with your campaign, but you still keep submitting random maps.
