Clone Campaigns required?: No

Galidraan was a planet of snow-capped mountains and large pine forests, and was controlled by a planetary governor, who resided in an opulent castle in the midst of a forest.

Galidraan was absorbed into Xim's empire as he expanded his borders from the Kingdom of Cron circa 25,126 BBY. After the fall of the empire in 25,100 BBY, it would eventually join the Galactic Republic. After centuries of Republic rule, Galidraan was the site of a battle between the Jedi Order and the True Mandalorians. Jedi Master Dooku, Padawan Komari Vosa, and an entire task force of Jedi later discovered they had been tricked into slaughtering the True Mandalorians by the governor, who had falsified the atrocities they had committed. From this battle, only two Mandalorians, Jango Fett, and Silas, survived. Fett returned to the planet two years later to reclaim his armor. After the Declaration of a New Order, Galidraan was soon absorbed into the Galactic Empire.

UPDATE: I've changed the scripting to add more snow terrain, elevation, cliffs and. I hope these updates will suffice.

jssf1992 Very, very late, but is there a particular way I'm supposed to make this work? I've admittedly never used a random map before, but if I try to run a standard game with the map set as Galidraan my game crashes. I don't if it's something I'm doing wrong, or if it's the file itself. I wouldn't mind giving this a try personally.

Appearantly, I have to have a comment over 500 characters. Odd, I think I commented with less characters before, on my own files . . . especially given how much difficulty I am having making reach the required number.

Interesting... I don't know why the map is not working for you, jssf1992. It worked for me.

Alright, did you put the map in the 'random' folder in star wars galactic battlegrounds's game directory? Did you also set the map type to 'custom' so that you can select it? You're going to have to be more specific than what you've told me so far.

My apologies for the error you've gone through, as this is my first file upload and I'm not exactly up to speed with these. If you have anymore problems and I cannot solve them for you, then please talk to one of the moderators for "troubleshooting" if I cannot assist you myself. I am sure that we'll eventually figure something out.

Well, I downloaded it and could try it without any problems. I tried the map in a small size and in a big size, and its pretty much the same. The map is indeed playable, but has not much variety. There are pockets of forest all over the map and a few water masses with fish and some terrain elevations, but nothing too amazing. The map feels like all the same. Well, personally I dont like much random maps but this one seems good and playable. Maybe it has too much trees.

Additional Comments:
Well, I dont have any idea of how to make random maps, I think is something not any one can do. So I think its important you tried and for a first atempt as you say, its pretty good and functional. Good work! maybe nextime a little more variety would be needed.

Thank you ONOLULU... Like I said before, this was literally my first submit in heavengames and thank you for reviewing my map. I know it's not much and to be sadly honest, that map was made from what I'd call a template from another random map script someone made and I changed around a few things. Believe me, the first time I made Galidraan was alot of trial and errors. It was not as good as it probably looks now and I promise I'll do better. I am still a novice when it comes to random map script programming.

I'll try to add a little more variety. It wasn't exactly that easy and I was trying to make galidraan look a little more mountainous like it was described. I thank you for your honest review.
