First of all, I would like to know if it is a final version or a demo.
The rating is low because it is very difficult to play, as the triggers are kind of messed up, bugs, and other kind of things that can really annoy. In the end you can win by killing Everything... but thats not the point right? many times I found myself lost of not knowing where to go or what to do as I had no clue or hint. Many times the whole map was revealed too. There is a lot of work to do with the triggers and their order... maybe making things more simple could work.
Most of the time you started at tech level 4, so you were superior all of the time, though the enemy outnumbered you like hell. The problem comes when in some missions, like in the first one, you got acces to the air cruiser during the whole mission, and you can kill anything without allmost no retaliation. The rest of the missions play almost at normal, but the problem in the triggers and objectives kind of makes things harder
This is something really new and really cool: travel in time? rebels allied with CIS killing clones, wookies, gungans, naboo, ewoks... and the rest of the creatures of the world... with a solid backstory. You put the clones and jedi as the bad guys. Personally it feels kind of strange, the whole fight against clones, and other creatures who where former allies of the rebels, and the carida level is indeed weird, but very creative. Also locations like space stations, resorts?! and others are interesting Ideas like this keep the game fresh. Oh, and I almost forgot the music, good implementation!
Map Design: 3
I would rank it higher, but mixing space and clouds with normal terrain kind of messes up sense, at least for me. You could put space and land toghether in the same map, but the transition between the two should be unnoticed. Other than that, the land maps and cities look very good!.
Very solid story and credible, good language but you kind of get lost with the objectives. Also, because of the triggers, I got lost with the characters, and didnt understand the story much. Also, not having specific names on the units kind of messes up things. The rest is terrific! (in the good sense)
Additional Comments: A very interesting work in progress, pointed in the right direction!
