Honestly, I felt sick at times. There were no triggers, and what seemed like very little effort put into the maps and gameplay.
I can't even begin to think of a way to describe the balance, so instead I wrote down my miltiary scores at the end of each scenario:
Here's how it works:
S1: SP=33 / K=128 / D=0
S2: SP=24 / K=6 / D=0 (Enemy resigned)
S3: SP=26 / K=36 / D=1 (medic converted by AI)
S4: SP=36 / K128 / D=6
S5: SP=25 / K=62 / D=1
S6: SP=7 / K=22 / D=1
S7: SP=152 / K=162 / D=14
S8: SP=20 / K=80 / D=6
S9: SP=1 (rescue 93 later) / K=124 / D=9
S10: SP=24 / K=29 / D=0
S11: SP=32 / K=48 / D=23
S12: SP=23 / K=130 / D=0
In scenario 11, the only reason I lost so many was because I had 31 Repeater Troopers and Echuu, against 47 Bounty Hunters, and Boba Fett.
Otherwise, the numbers above should perfectly describe the ammount of thinking involved in winning these scenarios.
Not too great. The campaign loosely follows events of the movies. So loosely in fact, that you can often barely tell whether it's even from one of the movies or not. Everything is simple and straightforward.
Map Design: 2
I can see what you tried to do... but it just doesn't work. I gave this a 2 out of generosity because on some maps you did put a bit more effort into the design. The first map was decent, but everything after that felt really... empty.
(This section gets a 1. Which is 1 point higher than it should get. Most of the scenarios featured absolutely no instructions, and threw you into the midst of the map with no clue as to where you needed to go.
The few maps that do have instructions only give you basic one-sentence statements about the mission.
Quality over quantity. Please learn how to use triggers in your maps. There are help threads and tutorials all over this website.
HAHAHAHAHA!! OH HAHAHA!! WHOA HAHA!! OHMYGAWD OMYGAWD!! Hehe, whew.... Wow... After level 4, i did not want to continue, but i forced myself just to see what the rest was like.
Most of the time, it was an army of repeater troopers against two or three medium sized battiolans of troopers or trooper recruits. In level 11, WAAAAAAAYY to many bounty hunters (only level i lost), i mean, there is no chance. Not without a simon anayways.
I think i saw what you were trying to get at, but the lack of triggers and objectives made it hard.
Map Design: 2
The first map was probally the best map. the rest were poorly put together. The blockade runner needed work, but i could see what it was supposed to look like.
Most of the time, i had no idea what to do. The instructions were just blank. And whenerver thier were actual objectives: they were kill that, kill this, go rape vader with a light saber. Plus, their didnt seem to be a storyline iether.
I spelled either wrong.
