Well now, I don't think I have ever reviewed a singleplayer scenario that I really thought was great and this is no exception.

Playability: 2
Fixed force is boring. There are already tons of fixed force scenarios clogging the download section so why would we want more unless they are spectaular? This one was not spectaular. In fact this one did one worse. It tried to combine an RPG element with fixed force. Again we have lots of RPGs and it has to be good to be worth playing. So lets go down the check list, no bugs thats a plus! Oh but wait I couldn't finish the scenario due to the insane balance, thats a minus. Oh and it was boring, bland, and bereft of any fun. Three minuses.

Balance: 1
Ok I don't know who you think is playing this scenario but no one, and I mean NO ONE wants to hack through an entire base that would probably take an hour. I would just make my own custom scenario to that with my own settings which would probably take five minutes. Bascially in this section the balance was either insanely difficult (like the rebel base) or waaaay to easy like traveling through the forest shooting probots.
No happy medium and no fun challange at all. I will

Creativity: 1
Everyone has seen bad RPG, everyone has seen bad fixed force games. This one just happens to combine the two worst elements of both. The boring parts of the dialouge of an RPG with the difficult and not very fun balance of a fixed force game.

Map Design: 2
Well good job here and then again not so good. The map did have some terrian mixing and maybe a hint of elevation. However it was clear for some parts like the forest you just used map copy, hence the same looking tree all over again. Overall the map just was lacking. You needed to be less repetative with the same type of eye candy or building and use varation. Oh and learn how to use map copy properly. For a great example of how to see great map copying effects check out selur's "I, Clone".

Story/Instructions: 1
Very basic, and boring. Who wants to read about the same thing used in a million scenario, the "We just landed on a planet and the Empire might be here" type deal. Oh and one thing that really annoyed me about this scenario is you used the word "Jihad". For one thing I don't think that is a StarWars word or a good word to use, because it brings religion into it. Also you use it in a semi-negative light which can be interpreted to be discrimination against Islam. This game has no place for bigotry and discrimination and certainly no place where bringing religon into it is a good idea. So in the future please stick with normal words and don't veer towards the religous side, as it offends me and will probably offend others.

Additional Comments: I am disappointed in you. Your first work, the CIS campaign, was so promising and now this. Oh well work hard to improve and the next piece I review will hopefully be better. Good luck with future designing.

I thought I was improving.

As far as the balance, it is supposed to be hard.

The terrain I was trying for a forest in winter look.

I would welcome any improvement ideas to this. As for the rest of the campaign, I have done two other missions thus far.
