Its done! My First REAL Campaign! yeah! WOOHOO!
It took me a while, and I almost gave up on it!
21 scenarios!
Selur, I used your name in one scenario...or two...Mainly because I was trying to think up of a antagonist of the game...so selur popped up into my head!
________________________________________________
This campaign is about Master Oh Em Gee! Oh Em Gee was one of the most famous jedi ever! You might have heard of him.........

Well, since I'm in it, naturally I'll be first to review.;)(p.s. I won't be harsh becuase you made me the villan:p)
Playability: [c=yellow]||||[/c]|
Yes, it was playable. Pretty fun action, no dull moments.
Balance: [c=yellow]|[/c]||||
Not once did I recieve the "You have been defeated!" message. Why? Becuase you always have the advantage in HP and/or numbers.
Creativity: [c=yellow]|||[/c]||
Not too creative, but there were some high points, like the clone rebellion and the character "Selur".:p
Map Design: [c=yellow]||[/c]||
Usually the map would have three terrains. No GAIA objects. Result=bland.
Story/Instructions: [c=yellow]|[/c]||||
Brief and General. Not much detail. I'm pretty sure you didn't use more than one sentence for each pre-game set of instructions.
Additional Comments: Pretty funny stuff is in here. The "Duh! Duh! Duh!" thing made me laugh out loud.:D

Playability: 3
It WAS playable, but the thing on every cutscene you could control Oh Em Gee and make him do stuff.. I enjoyed setting the Jedi Order to Enemy and slaughtering them all in the Jedi Meeting cutscenes, but still. The character shouldnt be controlable during cutscenes.
Balance: 1
There was no balance at all, i had about 10000 HP and a AP of 300 on some scenarios. It should be more of a challenge not a 1 Hit Kill campaign.
Creativity: 1
No creativity at all, EVERY non-cutscene level were just plain "follow the path and kill everyone" scenarios.
Map Design: 1
Very little map design. There was only one terrain type, or three terrain types (ground terrain only) mixed poorly. No trees or eye candy at all.
Story/Instructions: 3
The instructions were pretty clear, i understood them and what to do.
Additional Comments: In future campaigns, try decreasing the AP and HP for the main character(s) for better balance. And also, having those "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL" and "Err, whats it called? uuhm errr yeeaah" and so on in your campaign makes you look like a noob. (No offence meant) You could make it look more professional, and have better cutscenes. Also dont have loads of levels with just one area to be in, you could combine some levels. Like the first level, combine it with a cutscene level.

Playability: 3
Playable and basically just destroying the enemy, fun.
Balance: 1
General Master Oh Em Gee just never seemed to die. Try lowering his advantage over the opponent.
Creativity: 2
Not very creative. One of the, if not the only original character was "General Master Oh Em Gee"
Map Design: 1
The terrain was at certain times very bland. No real mixture of terrains. Some scenarios only consisted of one type of terrain.
Story/Instructions: 2
Not very explained, sometimes I had no idea on what to do. There were also occasional "errrr.." and "what was it, oh yes" in the maps instructions.
Additional Comments:
Try blending more types of terrains to make your maps more interesting. Also don't raise Master Oh Em Gee's Hp and Attack to unbelievable levels, but balance it more. I am looking forward for more campaigns from you, but try to make it more serious next time. |
