It's the same than my previous demo, but I've replaced those stupid medics that take aaaaaaall their time to heal you, with bacta tanks - this is not a joke ! I've recently learned HOW to heal damaged units without using medics, so you can get fully healed at once by getting close to them and selecting them ! Download, enjoy this new system and may the Force be with you ! |

Playability: 5
This was really great, you could change from a team member to another just by clicking them. And every team member has an ability, that's cool.
Balance: 4.5
Well, it was quite easy, but maybe it was because I play SWGB very well. Anyway, I think that you should add more troops for the enemy since the hardest part is when you are learning about the Machine Gun Trooper, and it's quite easy.
Creativity: 5 (10 if I could, but...)
Where to start? I never saw anything like this, you can change from a team member to another, if you click on a bacta tank your team will be healed (please tell me how to do this), every team member has a special ability that it's quite good, except the one of the Machine Gun Trooper, his ability is: beeing stronger than the others, i didn't like that. Still it was great. It was like the game Commandos.
Map Design: 4.5
The map was quite good, but there were some parts that seemed like you didn't put much effort in them. Maybe, you could change the names of the buildings and the doors, since it's a small level, I don't think it will be to difficult.
Story/Instructions: 5
The instructions were more than clear, were excellent. Still, this was just a tutorial, so
making instructions for tutorials it's quite easy. Story was quite good, a squad that infiltrates in a CIS base, you could explain little bit more, but it's ok.
Additional Comments:
This campaign is very good and I think that if you make a larger DEMO, like: the tutorial and the ifrst mission, it will be better and we could make a better review. (Please tell me how to heal the soldiers when clicking on a bacta tank, my e-mail is: alejandroh_94@hotmail.com
If you tell me, I will give you credit on my upcomming campaign: Echuu Shen Jon, The Exile). |

Hmmm, i also made a Bacta tank system in my new scenario which i submitted a few days ago, but it is sliglthly different from yours, but from what I saw from the review above, i think this is how it goes.
IF the team members dont have upgrades then this is how its done.
New trigger: ON/OFF (depends if activation/deactivation triggers are present), Looping. (per character)
Condition: select object.
Effect: damage object: Initial HP ammount
Effect: damage object: - (minus sign, copy/paste from word) initial HP ammount
NOTE: Dont select or see the last effect ever again, or it will stop working.
----------------------------------------------
IF the team members do have upgrades then this is how its done.
New trigger: ON/OFF, Looping. (per character)
Condition: click object.
Effect: damage object: Initial HP ammount
Effect: damage object: - initial HP ammount
New trigger: ON.
Condition: (only examples) Accumulate atribute, Object on area, object on object, timer, Destroy object, etc.
Effect: Activate trigger: Improved HP bacta tank trigger(s)
Effect: Deactivate trigger: Previous HP bacta tank trigger(s)
New Trigger: ON/OFF, Looping. (per character)
Condition: select object.
Effect: damage object: Total HP ammount with the Initial HP + upgrade.
Effect: damage object: - Total HP ammount with initial HP + upgrade.
-----------------------------------------------
I have a similar system with upgrade using activation/deactivation triggers, but it requires of picking up a "health pack" which gives 1 nova and transfering it by getting healed on a certain spot in front of the "Bacta tank", the scenario is located on single player scenarios at the top (for the time) if you want to check my system out.[Edited on 12/26/08 @ 08:16 PM]
