Death in the stars

Author File Description

File Details
Clone Campaigns required?: No
Number of players: 4
A long time ago in a galaxy far far away...

After the destruction of the second Death Star and the death of the Emperor, the Rebel forces have split in 4. Since each group wanted to lead the galaxy, a new Galactic Civil war began for control of the galaxy. After 2 years of war, an old Empire aircrafts factory was found in an abandonned Vector of the galaxy.

The 4 factions arrived and are ready to fight each other to gain control of the factory and crush their oponnents.

This multi-player scenario is made for 4 human players and 1 computer player(every empty spot between 1 and 5 needs to be set to Computer...Player 5's faction should be Galactic Empire).

You start with a small army of Rebel spaceships in one of the corners of the map. You can get more units by controlling Factories(read the instructions for more info) and there are Gaia and Computer units scattered across the map.

The objective is to either kill your opponents or to hold the Main Factory on the 20th minute of in-game time.

You shouldn't sit on your factory, you should always try to gain new factories to get more units while your opponents will have less.

May the force be with ya ;-)

Playability: 5

No bug as far as I can see.

Balance: 5

Kinda hard to judge this in a Multiplayer game ;)

Creativity: 4

I give this a four because it is nothing more than a blood. I do have to give him credit, because bloods in AoC were never fought in space ;)

Map Design: 4

The eye candy was kinda blaring in some parts, but I realized that he was intending on making destroyed space stations.

Story: Instructions: 4

The story wasn't that good, but the instructions were clear enough for me to enjoy this game.

In retrospect, this is a good scenario by EO/Punk and I thank him for letting me be apart of the testing.
Midgard Eagle Pardon me asking, but how can it be hard to give a Balance score for a Multiplayer game? I would use something like this sheet:
Give the scenario a 5 if all sides are completely equal (if they are meant to be, such as in a blood). If they aren't equal, but without hindering gameplay, 4. If it hinders gameplay, give it a 3-1. In a blood, if one side is stronger than the other (produces units faster, etc.), give it a 3-1.
Just a humble opinion, I'm not critizising your review at all.
Norghri I never did any rating in AoK or AoC, so I'm sorta new to it.
